Course Overview
This course provides the skills and knowledge required to perform a rescue from cable pits, trenches and excavations within an Electricity Supply Industry (ESI) environment. Participants learn to assess hazards, apply risk controls, use rescue equipment correctly, and conduct safe casualty recovery in line with workplace procedures. Training focuses on practical rescue readiness, teamwork and communication to support safer outcomes during incidents involving pits, trenches or excavations.
