Course Overview
This course provides the skills and knowledge required to identify, detect and monitor hazardous materials at an incident. Participants learn hazard indicators, information sources, safety controls, basic monitoring approaches and equipment awareness, interpretation of results within role scope, and communication and reporting requirements to support safe incident management.
