Course Overview
This course supports Health and Safety Representatives (HSRs) to refresh and update their knowledge and skills to effectively represent workers in WHS matters. Participants review consultation processes, hazard identification, risk controls, incident response, and their role in supporting workplace safety systems.

Delivery Location: Training is delivered at Health Security Education’s approved facilities or at client workplaces by arrangement.

Schedule / Time Commitment: Allow 1 day (up to 6–8 hours), including theory, practical activities and course completion requirements.
Work Placement: No work placement required
