Course Overview
This course provides the skills and knowledge required to deliver first aid response in remote or isolated environments where access to medical assistance may be delayed. Participants learn to manage incidents, provide life support, respond to injuries and medical emergencies, and monitor casualties over extended periods until help arrives. Training includes planning, communication and practical skills for remote work sites and field conditions.

Delivery Location: Training is delivered at Health Security Education’s approved facilities or at client workplaces by arrangement.

Schedule / Time Commitment: Allow 2 days (up to 16 hours), including theory, practical activities and assessment (delivery dependent).
