Course Overview
This course provides the skills and knowledge required to respond to emergency situations and provide basic life support in line with current guidelines and workplace procedures. Participants learn to assess an incident, manage risks, apply infection control practices, provide basic life support actions, and communicate effectively with emergency services through practical, trainer-guided scenarios.
