Course Overview
This course provides the skills and knowledge required to coordinate and manage first aid services and resources in a workplace or organisation. Participants learn to assess first aid requirements, develop and maintain procedures, manage equipment and supplies, coordinate first aid providers, and review records to support continuous improvement and compliance.

Delivery Location: Training is delivered at Health Security Education’s approved facilities or at client workplaces by arrangement.

Schedule / Time Commitment: Allow 1 day (up to 6 hours), including theory, practical activities and assessment (delivery dependent).
