Course Overview
This course provides the skills and knowledge required to operate tractors safely in line with workplace procedures. Participants learn to plan tasks, conduct pre-start inspections, operate tractors to suit conditions, manage common hazards including uneven terrain and attachments, and complete shut-down and basic operator maintenance. Training is practical and supports safe tractor use across rural operations, land management and field-based work environments.
