Course Overview
This course provides the skills and knowledge required for heavy vehicle drivers and transport workers to manage fatigue and work safely within the transport and logistics industry. Participants learn to apply fatigue risk management strategies, identify and act on signs of fatigue, operate within a fatigue risk management system, plan trips, comply with work and rest limits, and update and maintain fatigue-related records in line with workplace procedures. Training supports safer driving outcomes and stronger compliance with fatigue management requirements.

Delivery: Face-to-face (theory + practical) or workplace-based delivery for group bookings (where suitable)
