Course Overview
This course provides the skills and knowledge required to provide first aid in an Electricity Supply Industry (ESI) environment. Participants learn to recognise when first aid is required, assess the scene for danger, access first aid equipment, seek assistance, notify emergency services, provide an initial response and complete incident reporting aligned to workplace requirements. Training supports ESI workers to respond effectively to incidents while maintaining safety and communication in high-risk environments.

Delivery: Face-to-face (theory + practical) or workplace-based delivery for group bookings (where suitable)

Schedule / Time Commitment: Allow up to 1 day (up to 6 hours), including practical activities and assessment.
