Course Overview
This course provides the skills and knowledge required for non-electrical workers to work safely in the vicinity of live electrical apparatus. Participants learn to identify hazards, determine and comply with safe approach distances, apply risk controls, and follow organisational procedures while working near live electrical infrastructure. Training supports safer work practices for workers, spotters and plant operators working around overhead and other live electrical apparatus.
